OUR VISION
Aviel Kisliansky || CEO
Mr. Kisliansky is a certified authority in the field of ground radars,
with 17 years of relevant hands-on experience in field. He was introduced to this field back in 1995
during his military career service in the IDF as ‘Project Technical Officer’ in charge of testing,
assimilating and developing radar systems. As part of his training he graduated Cum-Laude from the
Technion technological institute with a B.Sc degree, and then proceeded to further expand his
knowledge in vector signal processing, beam-forming and antennae arrays in his M.Sc studies in
the Ben-Gurion engineering faculty.
In 2007, he decided to found Magos based on his revolutionary vision of a low-cost, low power,
high-end ground surveillance radar intend to introduce the radar sensors as a valid, affordable
perimeter defense solution for markets other than the military.

his career at Intel in power-management
optimization and RT embedded programming during his
studies towards his B.Sc degree at the Tel-Aviv University.
During his Msc. Studies he became familiar with advanced signal processing techniques and perimeter
security sensors
when he researched a fiber-optics based perimeter security solution.
Mr. Isseroff joined forces with Mr. Kisliansky in 2007 when they co-founded Magos where he is acting V.P R&D to this day.
