Presale and Project Management
Magos is a leading high-tech company specializing in the development of cutting-edge radar systems. We are looking for a highly skilled Presale & Project Manager to join our team in a pivotal role that combines customer-facing leadership, technical integration, and complex project management.
The Role
As a Presale & Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end technical lifecycle of our projects, from initial client engagement to successful system implementation. You will serve as the primary technical bridge between our customers, third-party integrators, and our internal engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Presale Leadership: Lead presale processes for global and local markets, including requirement elicitation, solution architecture, and the creation of comprehensive technical proposals.
- Integration Support: Guide and support integrators throughout the system integration process across diverse environments.
- Third-Party Collaboration: Manage relationships with third-party developers, ensuring seamless integration, monitoring progress, and removing technical bottlenecks.
- Technical Documentation: Produce high-quality technical documentation, including interface specifications, workflow diagrams, and integration guides.
- Stakeholder Management: Represent the company’s technological excellence before strategic clients and defense/security organizations.
- Internal Collaboration: Work in close synergy with R&D, System Engineering, Hardware, and QA teams.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record in technological Presale or Project Management roles.
- Ecosystem Experience: Mandatory experience working directly with integrators or third-party technology partners.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong ability to draft technical documents and document complex integrations.
- System Knowledge: Deep understanding of complex systems. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Radar, RF, or Embedded systems.
- Relevant Background: Advantage for experience with CCTV, NVR, VMS, or Command & Control (C2) systems.
- Technical Tools: Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (Priority, Salesforce, Sales Navigator).
- Language: High-level proficiency in English.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex solutions effectively to clients.
