Job description 

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key customers, partners, and system integrators while promoting Magos’s perimeter protection portfolio. 

This role requires a strategic sales professional who can identify opportunities, build long-term customer relationships, and deliver value-driven security and intelligence solutions in our core industry sectors.  

As an RSM, you will work closely with various internal teams, particularly sales management and technical support engineers, to position Magos’s solutions and products effectively. 

The position is open to English-speaking candidates preferably located in Scandinavia, the DACH region, Poland, or other European countries with convenient access to an international airport. 

Roles and responsibilities 

  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline across your region to achieve and exceed revenue targets 
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with end users, consultants, and system integrators 
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing 
  • Work closely with channel partners to expand market presence and drive joint opportunities 
  • Collaborate internally with pre-sales engineers, marketing, and partner teams to develop winning sales strategies 
  • Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and value propositions to C-level executives and technical stakeholders 
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline management in CRM tools 
  • Represent Magos at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings  
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities 

Qualifications 

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in customer or partner-facing roles, ideally in technical solution sales within the security industry 
  • Experience in the security sector within the local region, ideally as a security system installer, commissioner, or system integrator 
  • Proven success in enterprise or complex B2B solution sales 
  • Strong track record of direct end-user engagement and consultative selling 
  • Experience working within a channel-driven or partner-based sales model 
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales environments and long buying cycles 
  • Understanding of IP networking, cybersecurity principles, or enterprise IT environments is an advantage 
  • Experience with CCTV projects and VMS solutions would be a strong advantage 

Professional proficiency in English and one local language is required; an additional EU language is a plus.
